High School Sports Performance Training
An 8-week training program designed to help dedicated High School athletes reach their full performance potential.
Athletes will see significant improvements in Strength, Agility, Power, Coordination, Speed, Stamina and Flexibility. In the program we will also discuss proper Nutrition, a critical component to optimize an athlete's overall fitness level and performance
Three 1-hour training sessions per week – 24 total training sessions
Tuesday 7:30-8:30 pm
Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm
Saturday 11:00am-12:00 pm
Program starts Tuesday, January 8th and runs thru Saturday, March 2nd
